Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and interior fit-out companies.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales for joinery and fit-out projects.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with the estimation, design, and production teams to ensure accurate project pricing and execution.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Follow up on leads, tenders, and ongoing projects to maximize business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2ā3 years of UAE experience in sales within the Joinery, Fit-out, Interior, or Building Materials industry.
- Good knowledge of joinery products, materials, and fit-out solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
