Production Supervisor
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
• Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards
• Manage manpower allocation and workflow efficiency
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies
• Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and other departments as required
• Prepare production reports and monitor operational performance
Required Qualifications :
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production, factory or manufacturing supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control
• Good command of English and Arabic is an advantage
• Male candidates only
• Asian nationality is preferred
• Kuwait local candidates only with valid Kuwait Residency
