HR Admin / Coordinator (Junior Position)
We are looking for a motivated HR Admin / Coordinator (Junior position) to support our HR team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with HR documentation, employee records, and filing.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
Support payroll, attendance, and leave administration.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and departments.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
0–2 years of HR or administrative experience within Kuwait.
Bilingual (Arabic and English).
Good knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
