Al Rustumani Owner Association Management Services is looking for a dedicated and alert Security Officer to join our team and help maintain the safety, security and overall quality standards of our managed communities.
About the Role: This is not just a security role — it goes beyond maintaining building safety. The Security Officer plays a key role in monitoring property condition, identifying issues early and coordinating with the building management team for timely resolution — ensuring every community we manage meets our high standards.
Key Requirements:
✅ Valid SIRA Certificate — mandatory
✅ Valid UAE Driving License — mandatory
🌍 Nationality: Indian
What We're Looking For:
🔹 Strong observation and reporting skills
🔹Ability to monitor and assess overall building quality and upkeep
🔹Proactive in identifying and escalating property issues
🔹Good communication and coordination with management teams
🔹Professional, disciplined and reliable at all times
🔹Prior experience in building or community security preferred
