Position: Mobile Service Unit Coordinator
Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating customer enquiries and mobile service operations to ensure timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up and convert customer enquiries into service bookings
Schedule and coordinate mobile unit technicians
Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs
Maintain customer communication and service records
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
2+ years of experience in coordination, customer service, or automotive operations
Automotive industry experience preferred
Skills & Advantages
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good customer service and follow-up abilities
Ability to work on a shift basis
Qatar/GCC experience preferred
