Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Doha Qatar
Local hiring with valid Qatar ID & Driving license
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of overall Quantity Surveying/Commercial experience.
At least 5 years of experience on infrastructure projects in Qatar.
Proven experience in roads, drainage, and utility infrastructure projects.
Previous experience on Ashghal (PWA) projects is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a QS team while maintaining effective communication with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills & Competencies
Preparation, submission, and certification of Interim Payment Applications (IPA).
Expertise in quantity measurement, verification, and reconciliation.
Strong knowledge of variation management and claims preparation/assessment.
Experience in new rate analysis, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
Preparation, negotiation, and settlement of final accounts.
Thorough understanding of Ashghal infrastructure contracts
Key Requirement
Must have successfully closed at least one major infrastructure project from commencement to final account, including variations and final account negotiations.
