Position: HR Manager ( Hospitality & Restaurant Operations)
Location: Doha, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions for our hospitality and restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop & implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage full recruitment & onboarding process
• Oversee employee relations & disciplinary matters
• Monitor performance & support appraisal processes
• Coordinate training & development programs
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law & company policies
• Manage payroll coordination, leave records & employee files
• Handle employee engagement & retention initiatives
• Prepare HR reports & workforce planning analyses
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality or food & beverage sector.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law & HR best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & HR systems
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
