š¹ Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Contact clients and arrange appointments for unit handovers
ā¢ Handle client complaints and queries received through walk-ins, emails, letters, and other channels
ā¢ Serve as the primary client contact during the property handover process
ā¢ Guide clients through handover procedures after legal and financial formalities are completed
ā¢ Coordinate viewing and snagging appointments and assist with DLP warranty requests
ā¢ Follow up with QA teams on snag rectifications and provide timely updates to clients
