Loyalty Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Novo Premiere Club (NPC) loyalty marketing plan to drive enrollment, engagement, and revenue growth.
Plan and execute targeted loyalty campaigns across multiple channels.
Analyze customer behavior and program performance to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
Monitor loyalty KPIs and prepare regular reports and dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth program execution.
Manage loyalty communication channels including email, SMS, and in-cinema promotions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, CRM, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in loyalty programs, CRM, or customer engagement.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in email marketing and campaign management.
Bilingual: English & Arabic.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
