Requirements:
* Perform fusion and mechanical splicing of fiber optic cables.
* Use OTDR, power meters, and other tools to test and verify signal integrity.
* Proven experience in fiber optic splicing and copper cable splicing.
* Knowledge of network layouts, color codes, and cable management systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and splice diagrams.
* Familiarity with OTDR testing, light source, and power meter usage.
* Available to join immediately.
