7ā10 years of HR leadership experience within GCC hospitals or healthcare organizations (Mandatory)

Strong expertise in HR Strategy, Organizational Development, and Workforce Planning
ā
Proven experience in HR Policy Development and Implementation
ā
Hands-on experience with Performance Management and Appraisal Systems
ā
Succession Planning and Talent Management expertise
ā
Experience in Recruitment Planning, Manpower Analysis, and Workforce Optimization
ā
Strong knowledge of GCC Labour Laws and Healthcare Industry Practices
ā
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
