Housekeeping Manager
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Ensure exceptional cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.
• Lead, coach, and develop the housekeeping team.
• Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, and departmental expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
