Bachelor's Degree in Civil Electrical Engineering.
ā
6ā8 years of experience in Facilities Management Estimation, specifically in Hard and Soft Services
ā
Strong experience in sourcing materials, equipment, subcontractors, and services
ā
Proven knowledge of tendering, quotation analysis, purchase orders, and contract negotiation
ā
Experience in vendor evaluation, cost comparison, and supply chain coordination
ā
Good understanding of technical specifications, project requirements, and budget control
ā
Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
