Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contract Manager – MEP (Post-Contract)
Job Details
Location: Qatar
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualification: MRICS / Near-MRICS Preferred
Experience: 10+ Years (Post-Qualification)

Key Responsibilities
Advise MEP teams on subcontract obligations and contractual matters.
Manage subcontract communications, notices, claims, and contractual correspondence.
Evaluate variations and change orders with the MEP team.
Prepare and support claims, narratives, and quantum assessments.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Finalize subcontractor accounts and commercial settlements.
Provide contract administration support across multiple MEP packages.

Requirements
Extensive post-contract administration experience on major MEP projects.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, ICT, and BMS systems.
Proven expertise in variations, claims, payments, recoveries, and final accounts.
Ability to review drawings, BOQs, specifications, technical submissions, and project programmes.
Strong contractual correspondence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent commercial awareness and contract administration capabilities.
Experience analyzing delays, scope changes, and commercial impacts.
Excellent report writing and document management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
MRICS / Near-MRICS qualified.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Qatar.
Experience on large-scale construction projects.
Strong subcontract contract management background.
