Candidates must be currently available in Qatar
š¼ Requirements:
š¹ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Call Center Agent or Customer Service Representative, preferably in the healthcare sector.
š¹ Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and navigating multiple applications.
š¹ Experience handling customer or patient inquiries.
š¹ Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
š° Salary & Benefits:
ā QR 4,500 + QR 300 KPI Incentive
