Daily Management & Responsibilities :
• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff and service teams
• Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction
• Assist in achieving operational and financial performance targets
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards
Skills & Experience :
• Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and guest relationship abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
• Strong business awareness and operational understanding
