Sales Engineer
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for low-voltage, physical security, and parking
• management solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, LPR, Gate Barriers, Turnstiles, Road Blockers, and
• Bollards.
• Communicate with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users to assess project requirements, conduct
• site surveys, and recommend tailored technical solutions.
• Prepare and present technical submittals, BOQs, cost estimates, commercial proposals, and tender
• documentation in line with client specifications.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including proposal follow-up, contract negotiation, and project acquisition, to achieve
• sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and
• maintain a competitive market position.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics
• Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, or similar experience.
• Experience in technical sales, tendering, estimation, and the preparation of
• technical proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Strong understanding of LV, physical security, and parking management
• systems, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and
• AutoCAD layouts.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management
• skills.
• Strong project coordination and CRM capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
• Strong Arabic and English linguistic and written skills.
