Customer Service Officer
Job Location : Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, UAE
Requirements :
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or a similar role
• Arabic Speakers Preferred
• Female Candidates Preferred
• Act as the first point of contact and deliver excellent customer service
• Assist and educate customers on digital banking services and smart kiosks
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Promote digital products while maintaining service excellence standards
