š Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
š Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Coordinate crew mobilization and demobilization activities
ā¢ Ensure vessels are manned with qualified and certified personnel
ā¢ Monitor crew rotations, contracts, and leave schedules
ā¢ Arrange travel, visas, accommodation, and logistics for crew members
ā¢ Maintain crew records, certifications, and documentation
ā¢ Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC, and company requirements
ā¢ Liaise with Operations, HR, and vessel management teams
ā¢ Monitor and optimize crew travel and manpower costs
ā¢ Prepare crewing reports and manpower planning updates
š Requirements:
ā¢ 2ā5 years of experience in Marine Crewing
ā¢ Strong knowledge of Offshore & Marine Operations
ā¢ Good understanding of Maritime Regulations (STCW & MLC)
ā¢ Excellent communication and coordination skills
ā¢ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
ā¢ UAE experience is an advantage
