🔧 Main Functions:
• Provide technical support to users and solve daily technical issues
• Monitoring computers, printers, networks and systems
• Coordination with service providers and technical systems
• Follow-up on technical failures and ticket uploads and follow-up
• Support for users on Odoo ERP and operational systems
• Equipping the employees' devices and following up on the periodic maintenance work
✅ Requirements:
• Appropriate technical and IT support expertise
• Good knowledge of networks, operating systems and printers
• Previous experience in Odoo
• Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers
• Excellent communication skills and work pressure tolerance
• Dedication, seriousness and commitment
