Executive - Leasing & Business Development
Job Location : Kuwait
Job Details :
• Assist in identifying new leasing and business development opportunities to achieve annual leasing objectives.
• Support leasing renewals, tenancy administration, client enquiries, and complaint resolution.
• Ensure lease compliance, maintain strong client relations, and support budget planning, rental forecasting, occupancy, and profitability.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of functional experience, preferably in commercial, retail, or office leasing with a property developer or agency.
• Effective communication, interpersonal abilities, bilingual English and Arabic speaking and writing, MS Office, and client networking skills.
• Bachelors in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields; Real Estate Management certification and retailer/property agency networks are preferred.
• Kuwaiti Nationals preferred
