Assistant General Manager - Property Management

Job Location : Kuwait

Job Details :

• Lead programs, strategies, policies, and procedures across Facility Management, Project Development, and Fit-out Management.
• Ensure seamless operations of the Shopping Center and Business Tower in line with organizational goals.
• Provide technical guidance, optimize resources, enhance operational efficiency, and support tenders and project proposals.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience within Real Estate or Maintenance, including 10 years in a managerial role.
• Leadership, people management, property management standards, communication, analytical reporting, decision-making, and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Workplace Health & Safety courses, and similar industry experience are preferred.
• Kuwaiti Nationals preferred
