Document Controller

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Core Duties :

• Manage and maintain project documentation in accordance with company procedures and document control standards.
• Control document numbering, revision management, filing, storage, retrieval, and archiving of project records.
• Receive, log, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents to relevant departments.
• Maintain and update document registers, transmittals, correspondence logs, and document tracking systems.
• Monitor document workflows to ensure timely submission, review, approval, and distribution of documents.
• Ensure project documents are properly recorded, filed, and readily accessible when required.
• Perform scanning, copying, filing, and electronic archiving of project documentation.
• Generate document status reports and provide updates on document control activities.
• Support internal and external audits and project closeout activities by maintaining accurate documentation records.

Skills & Experience :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller.
• Construction industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
