Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Experience & Qualifications :
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in facility management or a supervisory position
• Structural experience within the facility management industry is highly preferred
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Practical understanding of technical maintenance operations and facility services
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
• Ability to anticipate workplace challenges and implement proactive solutions
• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal (Knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage)
• Logistics: A valid UAE Driving License is strictly mandatory
Functional Proficiencies :
• Facility management operations and preventive maintenance procedures
• Team supervision, workforce planning, and performance management
• Client relationship management and service delivery standards
• Health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements
