Admin / Documentation Coordinators šØ
š Location: Qatar
Preference will be given to local candidates with a valid QID who are immediately available to join.
We are currently seeking experienced Admin / Documentation Coordinators for a leading Facility Management project in Qatar.
Requirements:
ā Bachelor's Degree
ā Minimum 5 years of total experience
ā At least 2 years of Gulf experience preferred
ā Previous experience in Facility Management or Operations is mandatory
Key Skills:
ā
Experience with CAFM, Yardi, CMMS, or similar FM software
ā
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
ā
Ability to prepare site reports and manage operational data
ā
Strong document control and administrative coordination skills
ā
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Manage and maintain project documentation and records
⢠Prepare site reports, logs, and operational data
⢠Coordinate documentation requirements with site teams and management
⢠Ensure proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents
⢠Support FM operations through accurate record-keeping and reporting
