Admin / Documentation Coordinators 🚨
šŸ“ Location: Qatar

Preference will be given to local candidates with a valid QID who are immediately available to join.
We are currently seeking experienced Admin / Documentation Coordinators for a leading Facility Management project in Qatar.

Requirements:
āœ” Bachelor's Degree
āœ” Minimum 5 years of total experience
āœ” At least 2 years of Gulf experience preferred
āœ” Previous experience in Facility Management or Operations is mandatory

Key Skills:
āœ… Experience with CAFM, Yardi, CMMS, or similar FM software
āœ… Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
āœ… Ability to prepare site reports and manage operational data
āœ… Strong document control and administrative coordination skills
āœ… Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain project documentation and records
• Prepare site reports, logs, and operational data
• Coordinate documentation requirements with site teams and management
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents
• Support FM operations through accurate record-keeping and reporting
