Position: Project Manager (Fit Out)
Location: Bahrain
The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
* Oversee all tenant and landlord fit-out projects.
* Review and challenge BOQs to identify savings opportunities.
* Negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
* Track progress against the construction programme.
* Coordinate with designers, consultants, MEP engineers, and authorities.
* Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
* Approve shop drawings and material submissions.
* Prepare weekly reports directly to CEO.
* Flag delays and propose solutions before they become critical.
* Ensure projects are handed over on time and within budget.
Ideal Profile
* Architectural Engineer, Interior Architect, or Civil Engineer.
* 8–15 years of GCC experience.
* Experience with:
* Luxury F&B
* Retail developments
* Hospitality projects
* Mixed-use developments
* Strong commercial mindset (not just technical).
* Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
* Calm, detail-oriented, and not ego-driven.
