Construction Manager
Job Location : UAE
Key Requirements :
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Experience:
• Minimum 7–10 years of construction/contracting experience
• At least 2–3 years in a Construction Manager role within a contracting company
• Proven track record in managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects in the UAE/GCC
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Good understanding of construction contracts
• Knowledge of HSE regulations in the UAE
