Sales Manager (Arabic & English Speaking)
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Core Duties :
• Promote and sell the academy’s training courses, diploma programs, and education solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct professional presentations and consultations for individual and corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while preparing regular sales reports and market intelligence updates.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Skills & Experience :
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in education, training, or professional services.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong IT/ICT skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, online marketing tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
What We Offer :
• Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 to 10,000 (Estimated)
