Chef de Partie
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Core Duties :
• Manage assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and present dishes according to established quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
• Support overall kitchen efficiency and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in maintaining a productive and organized kitchen environment.
Skills & Experience :
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pan-Asian cuisine.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
• Ability to maintain quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
