We're looking for a talented hospitality professional to elevate our guest journey and ensure every stay feels exceptional.
What You'll Do:
Lead guest interactions with warmth and professionalism
Handle concerns quickly and effectively
Coordinate with all departments for smooth guest experiences
Manage VIP services and special requests
Support and guide the guest services team
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's in hospitality or related field
5+ years in guest services/hospitality (1-2 years in leadership)
Strong communication, leadership, & problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and flexible
