PRO & HR Admin Officer
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Core Duties :
• Manage PRO services, government relations, and corporate documentation.
• Handle general HR administrative tasks and maintain updated employee files.
• Process employee visas, labour contracts, work permits, Emirates IDs, and medical screenings.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, renewals, cancellations, and offboarding workflows.
• Liaise directly with MOHRE, immigration authorities, and other government bodies.
• Monitor operational workflows to ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and regional employment regulations.
Skills & Experience :
• Experience: Strong professional background in UAE PRO services and hands-on HR administration.
• Systems: Direct experience utilizing the MOHRE system and navigating Abu Dhabi and Dubai immigration portals.
• Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Core Competencies: Extensive knowledge of UAE Labour Law, employee lifecycle management, and government relations processes.
