Job Knowledge & Skills :
• Comprehensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations to lead the design process and ensure compliance with standards.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as Auto CAD, Revit, and Sketch Up for conceptualization, drafting, and 3 D modeling of architectural designs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts effectively to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Leadership abilities to oversee and mentor junior architects, coordinate with consultants, and manage project timelines and budgets.
