Administrative & Accounts Assistant (Admin Executive)
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Core Duties :
• Handle a variety of administrative duties including managing phones, emails, and office correspondence.
• Schedule appointments, plan corporate meetings, and organize office resources.
• Prepare professional business quotations and follow up diligently on client payments.
• Maintain organized records, financial documentation, and client databases.
• Provide professional client support to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and assist in cross-functional team tasks.
Skills & Experience :
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of proven administrative experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general administrative tools, with experience in drafting formal business quotations.
• Core Competencies: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and the capacity to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polite, and client-facing demeanor.
• Preferences: Female candidates are preferred for this role.
