🔹 Oversee daily HR operations and ensure the implementation of approved policies and procedures.
🔹 Manage government relations and complete transactions with relevant authorities.
🔹 Manage recruitment and selection processes to identify suitable candidates.
🔹 Follow up on employee files, contracts, leave, attendance, and departure records.
🔹 Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.
🔹 Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory regulations.
🔹 Prepare and submit periodic reports to management.
🔹 Contribute to the development and improvement of HR procedures.

🔹 Bachelor's degree in:

🔹 Previous experience in the field of Human Resources.
