Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Investment Executive to support the management of personal and family wealth activities within a private family office environment.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with 2-3 years of experience who is passionate about investments, wealth management, and financial markets.
In Key Responsibilities
$ Personal Finance Management
Maintain complete records of personal and family financial transactions
Monitor balances and movements across multiple bank accounts
Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
Track expenses, budgets, and cash flow
Maintain accurate and well-organized financial documentation
~ Investment Monitoring & Reporting
Track and update investment portfolios including:
Stocks & Equities
Mutual Funds & SIPs
