We are looking for a motivated and organized Transportation Coordinator to support daily transportation operations and ensure efficient fleet and delivery management.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Coordinate daily transportation activities and delivery schedules.
🔹 Monitor fleet movement and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
🔹 Follow up on vehicle maintenance schedules and report operational issues.
🔹 Track shipments and resolve transportation delays or logistics issues.
🔹 Coordinate with drivers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
🔹 Maintain accurate transportation records, reports, and documentation.
🔹 Monitor transportation performance and recommend process improvements.
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
🌟 Requirements:
🔹 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet coordination.
🔹 Good knowledge of fleet operations and transportation coordination.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
🔹 Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
