Hiring for to join our team for an exciting project based in Abu Dhabi. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for managing project costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost plans.
Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cost analyses.
Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control.
Liaise with contractors, clients, and project managers to ensure transparency.
Prepare tender documents and conduct evaluations.
Assist in contract administration and claims management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, MS Excel).
Professional membership (e.g., RICS) is a plus.
