IT Project Coordinator

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Assist Project Managers in developing project strategies, schedules, and delivery plans.
• Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Identify project changes, risks, and dependencies and escalate when required.
• Ensure projects comply with PMO standards, methodologies, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and repositories.
• Organize, attend, and coordinate project and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for meetings and steering committees.
• Document meeting minutes, action items, and decisions and follow up on actions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and support alignment toward optimal project outcomes.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Undertake additional project-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in an IT project coordination or PMO-related role.
• Experience working in structured project environments (PMO, Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).

Skills & Competencies :

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
