Document Controller
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, organize, and maintain all contract-related documents and records.
• Ensure accurate document control processes, including receipt, distribution, filing, and archiving.
• Track document revisions and maintain version control.
• Coordinate with contracts, project, legal, and engineering teams to ensure timely document flow.
• Prepare reports and maintain document registers.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and document control procedures.
Requirements:
• Experience as a Document Controller in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
• Strong understanding of contracts documentation and project documentation workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
