Key Responsibilities
Manage financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow.
Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, and cost control.
Work closely with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
Analyze inventory reports, investigate discrepancies, and support efficient stock management.
Contribute to process improvements and business decision-making through financial insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance management.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, costing, and ERP systems.
Experience in manufacturing, fashion, or luxury retail is preferred.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
