We are currently partnering with a leading private real estate developer in Khobar to appoint an experienced Construction Director.
We're looking to speak with senior construction leaders who have a strong background working with house builders or residential developers, delivering large-scale villa, townhouse, and master-planned residential communities from inception through handover.
Key requirements:
- 15+ years proven experience as a Construction Director or in a senior construction leadership role.
- A proven track record delivering villas, townhouses, apartment developments, or master-planned communities.
- Extensive experience managing multiple construction packages, contractors, and project delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder and commercial management skills.
- Experience delivering high-quality residential developments on time and within budget.
