🔹Job Summary:-
The Plant Operations Support Assistant will support daily plant activities, equipment upkeep, housekeeping, material handling, maintenance support, and various field operations. The ideal candidate will have industrial plant experience and the ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
✅ Assist maintenance and operations teams with daily plant activities.
✅ Perform equipment cleaning and general housekeeping duties.
✅ Support loading, unloading, and movement of materials.
✅ Assist with lubrication, greasing, and basic maintenance tasks.
✅ Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance campaigns.
✅ Follow all safety standards, procedures, and site requirements.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
✅ Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth plant operations.
Requirements:-
✔ Secondary School / High School Certificate.
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of industrial experience.
✔ Experience in any of the following roles:
-Plant Helper
-Maintenance Helper
-Mechanical Helper
-Utility Worker
-Industrial Helper
-Production Helper
-Operations Assistant
✔ Basic English communication skills.
✔ Physically fit and capable of working in industrial environments.
✔ Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
Preferred Background:-
Candidates with experience in refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, manufacturing facilities, or other heavy industrial environments are highly encouraged to apply.
