Experience: 1-2 years in License renewals and client retention
What you’ll do:
-Own the end-to-end renewals process for existing customers
-Proactively engage clients ahead of renewal dates to reduce churn
-Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during renewal conversations
-Track and report on renewal pipeline and forecasts
-Creating strong pipeline to achieve the targets

-Prior experience in renewals, client management, or customer success
