Responsible for the day-to-day operations, monitoring, maintenance, and support of the organization’s data center infrastructure. The role ensures the availability, reliability, security, and optimal performance of IT systems, servers, storage, networking equipment, and facility infrastructure while adhering to operational standards and industry best practices.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in Data Center Operations, IT Infrastructure Support, or a similar enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and switching.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Familiarity with data center power systems, cooling infrastructure, and structured cabling.
Experience using monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and IT service management (ITSM) platforms.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP, or ITIL Foundation will be an
