Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Facility Management (FM) operations in the UAE
• ITI / Diploma mandatory for Technician roles
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Immediate joiners only
Key Responsibilities:
• Preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules
• Equipment inspection, fault detection, and repair
• Emergency breakdown response
• Perform maintenance/cleaning as per company standards
• Follow HSE policies and maintain safe working environment
• Maintain service records and customer satisfaction
