š¼ Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Accounting Department.
Prepare, review, and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure full compliance with IFRS and Kuwait's financial regulations.
Strengthen accounting systems, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.
Analyze financial performance and recommend strategic improvements.
Provide management with accurate financial insights to support decision-making.
Drive continuous process improvements and resolve accounting and financial challenges.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience, including leadership roles.
Proven experience in improving accounting systems, strengthening internal controls, and resolving financial and operational challenges.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and accounting systems.
Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Transferable Ahli Visa (Article 18).
Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
