Requirements:
• Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion products.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Hyperion Essbase, Planning, HFM, and FDMEE.
• Expert knowledge of Smart View, Essbase Excel Add-in, and Reporting Studio.
• Experience in Hyperion system administration, upgrades, patch management, backup & recovery, and disaster recovery.
• Strong knowledge of Hyperion Shared Services, security administration, and user access management.
• Experience coordinating FDMEE data loads from Oracle EBS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Project management experience, including leading Hyperion upgrades and deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Oracle Hyperion environments, including Essbase, Planning, HFM, and FDMEE.
• Manage production, development, test, and disaster recovery environments.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, backup, recovery, and failover testing.
• Maintain Hyperion environment security, user access, and version control.
• Support budgeting, planning, forecasting, and month-end financial closing processes.
• Coordinate financial data loads from Oracle EBS using FDMEE.
• Create, maintain, and enhance standard financial reports.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and application health to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain system administration, operational, and technical documentation.
• Implement and maintain backup, archiving, and disaster recovery policies.
• Provide technical and functional support to business users and stakeholders across Qatar.
