Requirements:
• 2-4 years total experience
• Min 2 years UAE HR experience (basic level)
• Must have experience in UAE-based construction/contracting companies
• Immediate joiners only (available in UAE)
• Experience in CV screening, job postings, candidate probing
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law (added advantage)
• Good English communication & cold calling skills
• Experience with vendor/supplier coordination.
• Documentation experience in construction business (added advantage)
• Must be proficient in Excel, SharePoint & AI tools which ease the daily task
