Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Primary Accountabilities :

• Prepare, process, and manage diverse real estate contracts, forms, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate operational requests between property agents, clients, developers, and external partners.
• Maintain organized physical records, digital archives, and systematic database updates within the corporate CRM.
• Assist front-facing sales teams with continuous client follow-ups, standard correspondence, and routine paperwork.
• Supervise daily office administrative tasks to ensure timely task completion and workplace organization.

Core Competencies :

• Experience Profile: At least 2 years of direct administrative experience inside the UAE real estate brokerage industry.
• Technical Systems: Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); hands-on exposure to real estate CRM platforms like Bitrix or Salesforce is a distinct advantage.
• Operational Knowledge: Strong familiarity with regional property documentation workflows and transactional administrative processes.
• Interpersonal Traits: Excellent communication, multi-tasking abilities, and strong organizational skills under pressure.
