Position: Production Manager
Number of Vacancies: 1
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or Energy Engineering.
Minimum 5–15 years of experience in a refinery, bitumen, petrochemical, or hydrocarbon industry.
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
Proven experience managing shift operations and 24/7 production facilities.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards, HSE regulations, and refinery operational procedures.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and oversee all refinery production operations.
Develop, approve, and implement operational procedures.
Manage production performance, operational efficiency, safety, and production targets.
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Report directly to the General Director.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: €1,500 – €1,800 per month
